Amazing Customer Service
Great communications throughout our 3 week holiday to make sure everything was good. When changes were required the agency made it so easy, we always felt looked after from start to after arriving back home in UK.
Upon arrival in Windhoek we received a thick “Welcome Pack” with itinerary, maps, brochures and vouchers etc. All recommendations on the itinerary were spot on (fuel, food, visits etc).
We’ve travelled most of the world and never had this level of service.
A credit to Compass Travel Namibia.
