The journey leads further north to the capital of Kaokoland, Opuwo, through rugged wilderness areas to the picturesque Epupa Falls on the banks of the mighty Kunene River ( bordering Angola)  In this area you have many opportunities to see the local Himba and Herero tribes and to visit some villages.

Driving south again via Opuwo,  you enter the western gate of the Etosha National Park where you will spend the night at the Dolomite Camp. The following days you can explore the park intensively during game drives. Experience free roaming African wildlife on your safari through Namibia’s most famous national park.
